Currently studying Photography, Jewelry and Metalsmithing, and French languages at SUNY Buffalo State, with the ultimate goal of becoming a photojournalist. WORK EXPERIENCE
CAKE DECORATOR
ANDERSON’S FROZEN CUSTARD – Fulfilling orders, and restocking inventory ranging from basic ice cream cake designs, to speciality, ice cream pies, and pie slices. Making the frosting used, and decorating cakes and pies based on predetermined designs. Then packaging the goods, and placing them in freezers until delivery.
PHOTOGRAPHER
EAST COAST IMAGES – Seasonal position as a school photographer, taking portraits of children and teenagers, ranging in age from Pre-K to 12 th grade. Set up and take down of lighting, the backdrop, and camera, plus metering and balancing of lighting. Handled crowds of children, and their pre-shot paperwork. Throughout the year, I was enlisted to help with shoots involving dance studios, sporting events, and other such events.
ECONOMIC SELF SUFFICIENCY SPECIALIST
NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITY SERVICES OF ERIE AND NIAGARA COUNTIES, INC. – A financial educator through AmeriCorps. Presented workshops, coordinated outreach, volunteer recruitment, working one-on-one with clients to meet their financial needs, connecting community members with resources within the community, delivering culturally relevant services, graphic design, case management, filing, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
SALES ASSOCIATE
URBAN OUTFITTERS – Operated cash register, scanners and computers to itemize customer purchases, as well as Point of Sale (POS) systems; collect payments and make change for cash transactions, and balance drawer at the end of shifts. Assist with store stocking, floor-sets and opening/closing procedures.
BAKER
STATE UNIVERSITY OF BUFFALO, NEW YORK CAMPUS DINING AND SHOPS – Overnight baker, worked weekends making baked goods such as Danishes, bagels, and bread; working in freezers putting away orders, and restocking.

SPOT COFFEE – Scratch baking goods and breads such as muffins, cookies, croissants, focaccia bread, cinnamon rolls, etc. Experience as a prep cook and delicatessen in a prep-kitchen, filling orders for seven different chain restaurants.
VOLUNTEER WORK
DARKROOM MONITOR – General tidying and monitoring of darkroom, by checking the chemicals, making sure they were in good working order, mixing up new chemicals if needed. Tidying up the area around the chemicals, and the enlargers. Aiding students, if needed, with questions they may have in regards to developing film or prints.
